ENROLLMENT:
Prepay for the session; your spot is reserved; make-ups can be done
per policy. Our classes are for adults (ages 18 and over);
young adults (ages 15-17) may be able to attend - prior approval is
required.
DROP-INS WELCOME - Pay by the class. Just stop by, or call/email
for space availability

1 Class for students with at least a year of
regular practice at the moderate level who are injury-free - please contact
Toni if you are interested in this class.
2 This class is not open to the public. You
must be a professional health care-giver. Please contact Toni

3 This class is is a
2 hour extended class and has a different cost than our other
classes. The last 30 minutes is for a sharing circles to
discuss the effects and impact of the Meditation experience.
