Most students enroll for a session of classes (2 months).
Drop-Ins are accommodated on a space-available basis; call or email
ahead for space availability, or just show up.

Sessions run every 2 months. There are generally 6 to 8
classes in a session, depending on holidays. Once you enroll and
reserve a spot in a class, that spot is yours until you no longer want
it. Renewal information will be passed out 2 weeks before a session ends
for the next session. Please let Toni know if you do not intend to
renew so that your spot can be made available for other students.

New students are welcome
to try classes with different teachers and pay by the class while you
are looking for a class appropriate for you. The Drop-In Rate is
$18/class.

To enroll in a session and reserve your spot, you will prepay for all the classes in the
session at the Enrollment Rate of $15/class. Session cost is pro-rated for new students joining
mid-session. If you have taken one or more classes in a session at
the Drop-In Rate as you decide which class best suits you, you will be
credited $3 for each drop-in class you took.

If you are enrolled, your spot cannot be transferred to
another person without prior approval with Toni.

Missed classes can be made up - see the Make-Up Policy below.

Discounts are available for Seniors (65 and older), for multiple
classes per week, and for additional family members. Discounts
cannot be combined. See

MAKE-UP POLICY

We offer a fair make-up policy as a courtesy to accommodate
the demands in peoples' schedules; make-up classes are not guaranteed,
but we make every effort to accommodate requests. -
Make-ups are available when there are openings or cancellations in other classes. Make-up requests are handled
in the order requested.

We can schedule a make-up class for you - a spot is held
for you in the class of your choice, or you are waitlisted for a
cancellation. Or you can just show up at a class, and if there is space available you may take
the class. -
If possible, let us know when you will be missing your
regular class. Then we know there is a spot available for someone else.

If a new student enrolls mid-session and takes the spot held for you
as a make-up, your make-up class may need to be rescheduled.

You may make up missed classes ONLY within the current session
on a space-available basis. Make-ups do not carry forward. -
The make-up policy applies to classes missed for any reason
(brief illness, business travel, vacation, child care, etc).

CANCELLED CLASSES

On the rare occasions that we need to cancel a class (e.g., weather,
illness of teacher), we will record a message on the Studio's phone at least 90 minutes before the start of the cancelled class. Please call 781-275-4092, press 1 at the main greeting and listen for the Studio open/close status. Please leave a brief message so we know you
got the cancellation info.

If we cancel class due to weather or instructor's unavailability,
we will make every effort to reschedule the class. If you cannot
make the rescheduled date, you can make up the cancelled class in the
current session or in the first month of the next session. -
If we are not able to reschedule a
cancelled class, you are entitled to:

Refunds and credits DO NOT apply to make-up classes or to a
cancelled class that has been rescheduled.

REFUNDS/ENROLLMENT
HOLD

If you cancel before the start date of a session or
workshop, you may get a refund, less a $30 processing fee. -
Refunds are not given once the session has begun. If
the spot can be filled with another paying student, a refund may be
given, less a $30 processing fee. -
For extraordinary circumstances (e.g. hospitalization) your
enrollment may be put on hold. These requests are considered on an
individual basis. There is an administrative fee to do this.
When you are ready to return to classes, you may return to your regular
class if space is available, or choose a different class.

CREDIT EXPIRATION

Credits issues for any reason must be redeemed within 3
months. Credits expire after 3 months. Any exceptions will
be considered on a case by case basis and require extraordinary
circumstances (e.g. hospitalization, injury, etc.).
