Serenity Yoga Studio is a small studio,
affiliated with the
Kripalu Center
for Yoga and Health, that provides a wonderful environment for beginners to learn and the more advanced student to explore postures with a beginner’s mind. Small classes allow detailed interactive instructions and individualized attention for all. Everything is provided for a complete and supported Yoga practice and relaxation.
At Serenity Yoga Studio, you will find daily group Yoga classes suitable for
all levels; several classes are for experienced students only. We also offer
Private Yoga sessions for more detailed instruction as well as for the therapeutic
application of Yoga for a variety of conditions. Click on the Yoga Class Schedule

Serenity Yoga Studio is honored to be an independently-owned Kripalu-affiliated Yoga Studio. The majority of our classes are a form or variation of Kripalu Yoga. Kripalu Yoga is a compassionate approach to movement and breathing during which you are guided to move at your own pace, honoring your body's needs in each moment. Kripalu Yoga is an effective way to build strength and flexibility in the body, while calming the mind and energizing and nurturing the spirit. Our focus, especially with the Beginner, is to adapt the poses to fit each individual's body with attention to modifications as needed, rather than to try to make a body fit into a pose.
