A dynamic, experiential and
information Yoga Workshop for the beginning Yogi/Yogini as well as the
adept, and for people of every religious or spiritual or atheistic
persuasion.
In this afternoon workshop, we
will explore the elegantly-refined 5,000 year old Yogic tradition of working
with the KOSHA'S (sheaths or veils to the Authentic Self). The KOSHA'S
are an aspect of Yogic philosophy which address - and attempt to bring us in
greater contact with - our physical, energetic, emotional, mental, intuitive
and casual bodies. It's a psycho-spiritual model for living a
balanced, mature, healthy, authentic life.

be facilitated by Nina Carmel and assistants.

Nina
Carmel, MSW, RYT a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor with twenty
years of experience teaching Yoga and Meditation in
Europe and the United States. She is founder and director of
The Therapy Center for Mind and Body, LLC in the Boston area. She is a
psychotherapist, and a consultant and coach with specialties in mind-body
therapies, Trauma and the interface of psychology and the existential.
The heart of her work as both a therapist and teacher is to help others
learn to be in relationship with themselves, with others and with the
existential dimension of life.
